Thrown thicker to help with insulation. Lids are high quality silicone, so no toxins will leach and the lid is both microwave and dishwasher safe, has a spot for a straw and also plugs so your drink doesn’t splash in transit.
This will also work with the usb drink heaters you can get for your desk, the porcelain will transfer the heat keeping your beverage warm all day!

Because the lid is a soft silicone to place the lid most easily: place the mouth piece of the lid onto the cup rim. Press on the mouth piece, then slide your fingers around the edge to the back of the cup!
Each to-go cup is thrown and trimmed by hand. The details below are approximate since each to-go cup is uniquely crafted. I take additional steps at each part of the making process to ensure that the feel of the clay has the luxurious feel of a smoothed river stone.
